The Humble Nindie Bundle is a fantastic new sale that offers a bunch of great Wii U and 3DS indie games at a very low price. However, the downloadable package is only valid for those with North American systems, which is atypical for the site.

Here’s an official statement about the situation straight from Humble Bundle:

We recently launched the Humble Nindie Bundle, a digital bundle for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U systems. For many of you, the bundle is region-locked, and we apologize if the games are unavailable in your country.

One of the reasons we launched the first Humble Bundle was to bring indie games to more people. We agree that region-locking is not ideal. But without it, we may not have had this opportunity to promote these great indie games on dedicated video game platforms.

This week’s video additions to the Wii U/3DS eShops are as follows:

Nicalis relayed the news on Twitter today with the following message:

More: ,

Pokemon Shuffle version 1.2.0 was released last night. However, we were unsure at the time what the update actually does.

Serebii has now shared the following information:

It added an extra note for the Hearts to allow for 5 hearts to appear and regenerate in addition to the amount you have over the usual amount of 5 meaning that you have 5 regenerating hearts in addition to any extra.

The Level and Experience of Pokémon also appear when you optimise them on the stage selection

There’s now a random extra capture feature called Super Catch Mode with a massively increased chance

Each Mega Evolution now has a number by their Mega Effect which can be boosted

You can see a Pokémon’s details immediately after capture

Increased cheat detection

Home Menu blocked during Time-Based stages

Pokemon Shuffle players can now download a new update for the game. Version 1.2.0 is out now, and requires 686 blocks. While there’s no word yet on what the patch actually does, we’ll update this post if we hear anything.

Vblank Entertainment is very pleased with the performance of Retro City Rampage on 3DS. As confirmed by the game’s official Twitter account, this version of the game is now “the best-selling-at-full-price port.” That’s despite the fact that other platforms had a 15-month head start.

The full Twitter message states:

Vblank went on to express its satisfaction with the 3DS and support from Nintendo as a whole:
