Kirby Forgotten Land pre-order bonus Walmart

Walmart has a pre-order bonus on the way for Kirby and the Forgotten Land. The retailer intends to provide fans with an exclusive PopSocket, it’s been announced. We have a look at its design above.

An English release of Chaos;Head Noah / Chaos;Child Double Pack appears to be in the cards. Mages put out a tweet earlier today suggesting that localization is in the works.

On Twitter, the company wrote: “Please wait for further information about the English version.”

Phantom Breaker Omnia Cocoa

The latest character trailer is in for Phantom Breaker: Omnia, and we now have a look at Cocoa. She’s voiced by Luci Christian in English and Ai Matayoshi in Japanese.

Brawlhalla G.I. Joe

Ubisoft and Blue Mammoth, in collaboration with Hasbro, today announced that Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow from G.I. Joe are now available Brawlhalla as Epic Crossovers. They’re accompanied by an in-game event featuring a new Showdown game mode map, Arashikage Dojo, in which players need to obtain the highest score by dodging traps and KOing their opponents within three minutes.

chocobo gp gold saucer

Over on Twitter, Nintendo has provided a look at a number of tracks in Chocobo GP. Fans can get a look at courses from Final Fantasy V, VI, VII, and IX – specifically Zozo, Alexandria, Big Bridge, and Gold Saucer in that order. That last one is giving some fans vibes of Rainbow Road from Mario Kart.

Tempest 4000

Atari is bringing Tempest 4000 to Switch, the company announced today. A release is planned for March 22, 2022.

Tempest 4000 is a sequel to the classic arcade game Tempest, which “remains faithful to the original while adding heart-pounding new gameplay features.” Llamasoft and game designer Jeff Minter handled its development.

Here’s some information about the title straight from Atari:

Mario Kart Tour is soon getting updated to version 2.12.0 and is making some changes to the level cap and bonus points received from items, the Mario Kart Tour Twitter account announced today. The level cap for all drivers, karts and gliders will increase to level 8, along with High-End drivers, karts and gliders receiving one extra favorite course. Certain items will also be providing more bonus points when used.

All these changes are going into effect at the start of the Tour happening on March 9, 2022, which is currently unknown. The current ongoing Tour is the new Sky Tour, which went live earlier today.

No specific date for the Mario Kart Tour version 2.12.0 update has been provided, but it is supposed to release “in the near future”. We’ll keep you updated when new information becomes available.

fall guys update

It’s been a year since Fall Guys was first announced for Switch. Though Mediatonic originally planned on having the game ready on Nintendo’s platform last summer, that didn’t come to pass. We ultimately heard a few months ago that the Switch version would be delayed to 2020.

We’re waiting on concrete news about the Switch version, but there is at least a positive sign. In one of its latest blog posts, Mediatonic said it it “finalizing development” and said “it’s still coming.”

Publisher Hamster has revealed High Way Race to be the next game to release on Switch eShop this week under the Arcade Archives label. Here is some more information on the game from the International Arcade Museum.
