Nintendo has updated the Japanese release schedule on its platforms for the week of May 14, 2020. Here’s a look at the upcoming digital download schedule:

Animal Crossing: New Horizons has had a huge effect on its mobile counterpart. In April, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp had its best month ever in terms of revenue and saw a massive spike in downloads.

A new report from Sensor Tower states:

The physical release of Ministry of Broadcast is seeing a significant delay. Today, PM Studios and acttil announced that copies won’t be offered at retail until October 6.

“We understand just how much fans are looking forward to this physical edition and did everything in our power to meet the original release date, but due to the current global situation, we have made the difficult decision to delay the release in order to ensure a smooth and safe release schedule,” an official statement reads.

The level-based adventure puzzler Legend of the Skyfish made it to the Switch eShop last year. Red Art Games has now announced plans to produce a physical version.

Pre-orders open May 7 at 5 PM CEST on Red Art Games’ website here. 2,800 copies will be produced. No release date has been set, but it should ship in Q3 2020.

Ratalaika Games and Thinice Games today announced that Concept Destruction will arrive on Switch this month. The car battler will release via the eShop on May 22, the two sides have confirmed.

Asphalt 9: Legends

Gameloft is celebrating the fifteenth anniversary of Asphalt with a new event in Asphalt 9: Legends. The Dodge Challenger 392 Hemi Scat Pack with 15th Anniversary decal can be received by launching the game from May 11 through May 31. The anniversary event, which lets players earn the Nissan GTR Nismo, will run between May 14 and May 20.

Fans of Asphalt can revisit the series’ origins on the official website. Gameloft has a playable version of the original Java port of Asphalt Urban GT here between May 5 and June 5.

Asphalt 9: Legends is currently available on the Switch eShop as a free-to-play title.

Big Blue Bubble announced today that it will publish its action-platformer Forgone on Switch. It’s quite a ways out, but an October 5 release date has already been confirmed.

When Umihara Kawase BaZooKa! releases in the west this summer, it’ll have a physical release. ININ Games has confirmed that the title will be sold at retail throughout America, Europe, and Australia.

Umihara Kawase BaZooKa! will be out in the west in July. It will also be sold digitally on the eShop.
