Overwatch devs say Nintendo encouraged motion controls, maintaining feature parity on Switch, no cross-progression for now

Following this week’s announcement of Overwatch for Switch, Eurogamer spoke with a couple of developers behind the game. Specifically, principal game producer Wes Yanagi and lead game producer Matthew Hawley participated in the chat. They commented on variety of topics, including implementing motion controls, maintaining feature parity on Switch, and whether cross-progression could happen in the future.

Pokemon Masters earned $26 million in its first week

According to new data from Sensor Tower, Pokemon Masters generated $26 million its first week. China is not included in that figure.
Pokemon GO is still by far the best-performing mobile game in terms of first week player spending. However, Pokemon Masters did better than Pokemon Quest, Pokemon Magikarp Jump, and Pokemon Rumble Rush.
Japan accounts for 62 percent of the $26 million Pokemon Masters has earned thus far. That amounts to $16 million from the country alone.

Staying true to her character, Carrot is capable of attacking foes with electricity. She can also use her Sulong form as her awakening technique in the game.

Fortnite dataminer HYPEX has apparently uncovered some interesting information from the game’s files. A skin and backbling have been found, along with references to “SquidKid”.

Chop hitting Switch next week
