Denis Dyack had to convince Miyamoto to include save deletion Sanity Effect in Eternal Darkness

Denis Dyack, the director of the Nintendo-published psychological horror game Eternal Darkness, appeared on the latest episode of IGN Unfiltered. Dyack reflected on the GameCube title during a lengthy segment of the show.
Dyack discussed Nintendo’s interest in Silicon Knights after seeing the studio’s camera tech, moving the project from the N64 to the GameCube, working with Nintendo, and more. One interesting story came about when he was asked if any Sanity Effects were cut from the final game. Everything made it in, but not without some effort. Dyack actually spoke directly with Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto about the one memorable Sanity Effect in which Eternal Darkness would make it seem as though your save file was being deleted.

Bigben’s E3 2019 lineup

Bigben today announced its lineup for E3 2019. The company will be located in the West Hall, Stand #4522.
As far as Switch titles go, WRC 8, Overpass, and Bee Simulator are confirmed. Other playable games include The Sinking City, Paranoia: Happiness is Mandatory, The Fisherman: Fishing Planet, Farmer’s Dynasty, and Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood. Bigben has also teased additional projects that will be revealed at its stand.
E3 2019 will run between June 11 and June 14.

Arcade Archives Tecmo Bowl coming soon to Switch

During its latest live stream, Hamster announced a new game planned for its Arcade Archives series. Though we don’t have a specific date yet, Tecmo Bowl will be coming to Switch.
Hamster has been slowing down with NeoGeo releases on Switch, but the company has been bringing out plenty of classic arcade games. Aside from Tecmo Bowl, other upcoming titles include Image Fight, Butasan, and Karate Champ.
