Two Point Museum trailer

Two Point Museum has finally landed on Nintendo Switch, and a new launch trailer has come in. This is the third entry in the series following Two Point Museum and Two Point Campus.

Tons of details about the game can be found in the following overview:

Retro Studios has spoken about the making of Metroid Prime Remastered, including challenges the team encountered along the way. This comes from the brand new retrospective book that just released for the series.

On the topic of graphics, Retro wanted to be “authentic to the original game,” while “elevating the visuals to be best in class on Nintendo Switch.” The team evaluated just about all aspects, including color palettes, forms, and atmosphere. By all accounts, Metroid Prime Remastered has some of the best visuals on Nintendo Switch.

Asterix & Obelix Mission Babylon trailer

Asterix & Obelix: Mission Babylon has debuted on Nintendo Switch, and we have a launch trailer to celebrate. This platformer comes from Microids and Balio Studio.

Everything you need to know can be found in the following overview:

If you’ve been thinking about picking up Star Wars Outlaws on Nintendo Switch 2, you can grab it as a discount as the game is now on sale via the eShop. It’s been priced at $60 since launch, but you can save $15 to bring it down to $45.

Remember that the Nintendo Switch 2 version is the Gold Edition. That means aside from the base game, the season pass is included. The Wild Card story pack, A Pirate’s Fortune story pack, Jabba’s Gambit exclusive mission, The Kessel Runner character pack, The Hunter’s Legacy bundle, and The Cartel Ronin bundle are packed in as extras.

Dragon Quest 1 & 2 HD-2D Remake review

System: Switch 2 (reviewed), Switch
Release date: October 30, 2025
Developer: Artdink
Publisher: Square Enix

How do you follow up the remake of one of the most popular JRPGs of all time? Well, you take that beautiful HD-2D engine and remake both of the game’s predecessors using the same assets of course. And how do you dodge complaints that using the same game engine for these remakes is a lazy rehash? By putting an insane amount of effort into modernizing and expanding the stories, characters, lore, and world of these two classic RPGs. Square Enix and developer Artdink present for your consideration: Dragon Quest 1 & 2 HD-2D Remake. It’s two retro RPG remakes for the price of one! But is it worth it? (spoiler: yes, but with some caveats).

Bayonetta glasses origins

Bayonetta’s glasses are an iconic part of the character’s look, but if things had gone in a different direction, they could have been removed.

That information comes from series creator Hideki Kamiya. Kamiya was responding to one fan asking about an older interview quote that stated “Bayonetta’s glasses are just like her underwear”. He confirmed that someone else said that – specifically animation director Yuji Shimomura. However, Kamiya also did say that there were publisher requests to have Bayonetta’s glasses removed.
