Lucasfilm Classic Games: Zombies Ate My Neighbors and Ghoul Patrol

A pair of LucasArts titles from the SNES era will soon be making a return. Lucasfilm Classic Games: Zombies Ate My Neighbors and Ghoul Patrol is coming to Switch, an eShop listing reveals. Disney Interactive is publishing, though Dotemu is also involved.

This is the first time these two games will be appearing on a new platform since the Wii Virtual Console. There will also be new features, including the ability to save anywhere, various museum content, both soundtracks, local co-op, and achievements.

Sunblaze

Bonus Stage Publishing and Games From Earth have announced that Sunblaze, their 2D precision platformer inspired by titles like Celeste and Super Meat Boy, will be landing on Switch next month. A release is planned for June 3.

Today, JanduSoft and Kuupu announced that they’re putting Exodemon on Switch. The first-person shooter is scheduled for a digital release on May 13.

Ratalakia Games and Stuffed Wombat are bringing Gutwhale to Switch next week, the two companies confirmed today. The action roguelike is slated for May 21.

Hitman 3

Starting today, Hitman 3 players on Switch can access a brand new Performance Mode. This allows for 60 frames per second while dropping the resolution to 720p. Previously, the game ran at 30 FPS and 1080p without any other option.

Also new to the Switch version today is a Steady Aim feature that can be used with the L button “to improve your aim and slow time when aiming with a Sniper Rifle with the Marksman perk”.

Those that are considering picking up Hitman 3 can access a new trial to try out Performance Mode in the initial Dubai level.

Rift Racoon

Eastasiasoft, Marcos Game Dev, and Ratalakia Games announced today that the 2D platformer Rift Racoon will arrive on Switch next week. A release is planned for May 12.

Beach Buggy Racing 2: Island Adventure - Hot Wheels

Owners of the kart racer Beach Buggy Racing 2: Island Adventure will soon be able to experience new content. It’s been announced that in partnership with Mattel, Switch players can pick up the Hot Wheels Booster Pack next week.

The DLC contains seven legendary Hot Wheels cars and four new racetracks, including twisting orange track pieces. There are also new missions to unlock vehicles, discover custom paints and decals, win trophies, and collect Hot Wheels medallions in challenging stunt missions.

Infestor

Ratalakia Games and Woblyware’s puzzle platformer Infestor made it to Switch this week. Some footage of the title has come in, which you can find below.

Atomicrops - Invasive Species

Raw Fury and Bird Bath Games recently started the distribution of Atomicrops’ Invasive Species update on consoles, including Switch. The title is now at version 1.1.1.
