Bethesda and id Software have released a teaser trailer showcasing Doom Eternal’s “The Ancient Gods, Part Two” DLC. Get a look at the video below.
Doom Eternal is out now on Switch, though it’s unclear when the game’s DLC will be available. In the meantime, the full trailer for “The Ancient Gods, Part Two” will be shared on March 17.

The Caligula Effect 2 – “Doctor” music trailer

FuRyu and Historia have shared another music trailer for The Caligula Effect 2, this time for Doctor. We’ve attached it below.
The Caligula Effect 2 will be released for Switch on June 24 in Japan, followed by this fall in North America and Europe. Check out previous music trailers featuring #QP here, MU-kun here, Pandora here and Machina here.

Curved Space slated for June, new trailer

Maximum Games and Only By Midnight have set a final release date for Curved Space, the arcade-style twin-stick shooter for Switch. Fans looking forward to the game can expect it on June 18.
Aside from the release date, a new trailer was published today. It showcases Curved Space’s different modes and features, including Campaign Mode, Endless Mode, and leaderboards.

Balan Wonderworld producer responds to demo feedback, day one update announced

Balan Wonderworld received a demo at the end of January, but the reception was unfortunately mixed. As a bit of good news, it sounds like the feedback reached the development team.
Producer Noriyoshi Fujimoto announced today that Balan Wonderworld will be receiving a day one patch. The update will adjust movement controls and camera movement while also rebalancing the difficulty.

UK sales for February 2021

The UK sales report for February 2021 is in. Once again, Nintendo had a pretty good month.
Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury was the best-selling game in the region while Switch games overall accounted for 51 percent of all games sold. Additionally, Nintendo was the top performing boxed publisher thanks to three games in the top five – Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Mario Kart 8: Deluxe being the other two.
Switch hardware sales continue to perform strongly. Thus far in 2021, console sales are up 81 percent.

Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville originally released towards the end of 2019, but the game is just now about to make its debut on Switch. EA will be releasing the title next week and it will arrive as the first Frostbite engine-enabled title on the platform. It’s more than just a simple port, as the team implemented features like motion controls and ensured that most of the experience can be played offline.
