Physical version of SteamWorld Dig 2 out in North America on May 22, Europe on April 27

Rising Star Games has announced a release date for the physical version of SteamWorld Dig 2. In North America, the game will be available on May 22. Europe will have it a month earlier on April 27.
SteamWorld Dig 2’s boxed version will include the game on a cartridge. The package also has an exclusive double-sided poster as well as a reversible inlay with never-before-seen artwork.

Nintendo has updated the North American Nintendo Labo website with a lengthy FAQ. Four different categories are covered – “Basics”, “Make”, “Play”, and “Discover”.
The FAQ does hold some very interesting information. Nintendo goes over box and Toy-Con sizes, the durability of the cardboard, replacement parts, and a whole lot more.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 update out now (version 1.3.1)

Update: Bumped to the top. Nintendo finally has the patch notes in, so we’ve added them below.

ARMS receives new eShop sale

Nintendo is going all out with ARMS this weekend. The ARMS Global Testpunch is running once again, and the ARMS US & Canada Online Open finals will be taking place as well.
Along with that excitement, ARMS is now on sale via the North American Switch eShop. Starting today, the game can be purchased for 30% off. That means $41.99 (or $39.99 if you’re a My Nintendo member) as opposed to $59.99.
You can save on ARMS until April 6 at 8:59 AM PT / 11:59 AM ET.

Warframe dev “examining possibilities” when it comes to Switch, but no official plans

Digital Extremes isn’t committing to a Switch version of Warframe. However, the studio isn’t ruling out the possibility either.
Express asked Digital Extremes CEO Sheldon Carter about the possibility of bringing the co-op action game to the system. Carter had plenty of praise for the device and the team is “looking at and examining possibilities”, though there are no concrete plans.

Nintendo has revealed its playable lineup for PAX East 2018. A number of titles will be playable for the first time, including Dark Souls: Remastered, Wolfenstein II, Sushi Striker, and more. Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition will also be at the show, along with a few other heavy hitters.

Nintendo has started to populate its maintenance scheduled for next week. Thus far, one session is planned for Switch.
The current schedule is as follows:
– 5:50 PM PT (April 3) – 7:30 PM PT (April 3)
– 8:50 PM ET (April 3) – 10:30 PM ET (April 3)
– 1:50 AM in the UK (April 4) – 3:30 AM in the UK (April 4)
– 2:50 AM in Europe (April 4) – 4:30 AM in Europe (April 4)
