WWE 2K18

The team behind WWE 2K18 apparently isn’t done patching the Switch version. A new Switch update, version 1.0.4, has gone out for all players.

We’re unlikely to receive any official patch notes from 2K. However, there are some user reports floating around that freezing issues may have been addressed. We’ll report back with any additional findings, assuming there are any.

LEGO The Incredibles

Warner Bros. released a new LEGO The Incredibles trailer today that offers a first look at CrimeWaves missions. Each of the districts in the game have been taken over by a wave of criminal masterminds, such as Syndrome and The Underminer. Players will need to overcome multiple challenges and take on boss battles to bring justice back to the city.

Nintendo of Europe has prepared an English version of the Japanese Mario Tennis Aces trailer that debuted earlier this week. We have it below.

Sushi Striker

Nintendo has issued the latest details and story trailer for Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido, its newest game for Switch and 3DS. We have everything rounded up below.

Some interesting information has come in hot on the heels of speculation about the first Pokemon entry on Switch.

pokemonletsgopikachu.com, along with pokemonletsgoeevee.com, have been registered as website domains. Both were just established yesterday – May 15.

A new update has gone out for Pokken Tournament DX. The latest version of 1.3.1.

In Nintendo’s official patch notes, only a couple of points are brought up. They are as follows:

– This distribution has adjusted the balance of some of the Pokémon added from Ver. 1.2.0 onward.
– Adjustments have been made to make for a more pleasant gaming experience.

The official Japanese Nintendo Twitter account has tweeted out that after E3, users in Japan will be able to try out the latest Super Smash Bros for Switch at three real-world tournaments on the following dates:

  • Rage 2018 Summer on June 17 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba
  • Jisedai World Hobby Fair 2018 Summer from June 23 to 24 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba
  • Jump Victory Carnival 2018 Tokyo on July 16 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba
  • Jump Victory Carnival 2018 Osaka on July 22 at Intex Osaka

    A number of visual novels have been announced for Switch as of late. In this week’s issue of Famitsu, two more are revealed: Sangoku Rensenki: Otome no Heihou! and Yoshiwara Higanbana Kuon no Chigiri.

    Both of these titles have previously come out on other platforms, notably PlayStation systems. Yoshiwara Higanbana Kuon no Chigiri actually appeared on PS Vita last October.

    Sangoku Rensenki: Otome no Heihou! and Yoshiwara Higanbana Kuon no Chigiri are coming to Switch this fall in Japan.
