Wii U

Nintendo has revealed a new limited edition for Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE in both North America and Europe. Both versions will come with a copy of the game, a 5×8 color artbook, a six-song soundtrack CD featuring some of the game’s music, six song cards, and a sticker sheet. Also included are DLC codes for all five sets of planned downloadable content, which will be available at launch (normally $1.99 each).


Pricing is set at $79.99. You’ll be able to pick up a copy at either Amazon or GameStop.

Star Fox Zero and Star Fox Guard both contain some small, but neat details. GameXplain takes a look at five between the two games in the video below.

Pokken Tournament is set to undergo maintenance later today. The game’s online features will be unavailable for about three hours.

Here’s when the maintenance is scheduled for:

– 6 PM PT – 9 PM PT
– 9 PM ET – 12 AM ET
– 2 AM in the UK – 5 AM in the UK
– 3 AM in Europe – 6 AM in Europe

On top of that, this post wouldn’t be complete without even more Wii U and 3DS maintenance. Online play, rankings, etc. will be impacted at the following days/times:

Star Fox

Star Fox Zero is just a few days away from launching worldwide. Nintendo has now prepared a new European launch trailer, posted below.

Nintendo announced Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins earlier today. The animated short will air around the world later this week (Wednesday in most places).

The Japanese Star Fox Zero website has now been updated with a couple of tidbits about the “presentation”. First, The Battle Begins will be about 15 minutes long. A special Game Center DX video for Star Fox Zero will also air in Japan, coming in at roughly 35 minutes.

Nintendo will debut an animated short for Star Fox Zero this Wednesday, the company has announced. You can watch it here at the following times:

Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins was made in collaboration with Shigeru Miyamoto, Production I.G. and WIT Studio. It features “the beloved characters from Star Fox Zero.”

After the animated short airs, fans can tune in for a special Nintendo Treehouse: Live featuring Star Fox Zero and Star Fox Guard.
