Following the re-announcement of Rodea: The Sky Soldier earlier this week, Kadokawa Games has refreshed the website for Rodea: The Sky Soldier. Access the page Access the new site here. There’s not much to see currently, but expect the site to be updated with plenty of content going forward.

There are three types of game boards. If you turn on the Custom Fighters option, the fighters will be preset with custom special moves. The number on a fighter’s portrait on the game board indicates which custom move set that fighter is using–this also adds to the randomness of this mode.

October 2014 NPD: Nintendo’s response – Smash 3DS has sold 1 million units

Nintendo has issued a response to this month’s NPD report.
The highlight this month is Super Smash Bros. 3DS, which has sold 1.2 million combined physical and digital units. Thanks to a strong October, the game moved 485,000 copies and is the best-selling handheld title of the year. Smash Bros. 3DS is now the tenth 3DS game to sell at least one million units in the U.S.
Nintendo also mentioned Wii U in its statement. Thus far in 2014, hardware and software sales have increased by 47 percent and 84 percent respectively.

Toys “R” Us Black Friday 2014 gaming deals

Toys “R” Us is the latest retailer to have revealed its deals for Black Friday 2014. There aren’t quite as many notable offers compared to other retailers, but there are a few things – such as buy 1, get 1 40% off all games.

Toon Link amiibo can unlock the Spinner weapon in Hyrule Warriors as well

During the most recent Nintendo Direct, it was revealed that players will be able to unlock the Spinner weapon by using the Link amiibo. It turns out that another figure can provide players with the same weapon. By using the Toon Link amiibo, you can also unlock the Spinner weapon.
