Note that the end of the trailer specifically references the PS4, but Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty is coming to various platforms including Wii U.

Image & Form is looking into a cross-buy discount for SteamWorld Dig. If such a thing is implemented, those who own the 3DS version of the game will be able to pick up the Wii U release for a cheaper price.

Those who have purchased NES Remix or NES Remix 2 on the European Wii U eShop will be eligible for Virtual Console discounts of 50 percent starting on July 24.

Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Excitebike, and four other titles will be the first round of games included in the sale. Nintendo intends to make new discounts available for three additional weeks.

At the very end of July, Shin’en mentioned on Twitter that the Wii U version of Art of Balance is complete and was with Nintendo for final testing. The studio added that a release by summer’s end is also targeted.

Nintendo will be putting a few Wii U Virtual Console games on sale on the Japanese eShop next week.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem, and EarthBound will be discounted from 926 yen to 700 yen. Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart, Super Metroid, F-Zero, and Kirby Super Star will be available for 600 yen as opposed to 823 yen.

These prices will be valid between July 22 and July 31.

Super Toy Cars is launching on the North American Wii U eShop next week, according to a listing on Nintendo’s website. It will be available on July 24.

As discovered earlier this week, Super Toy Cars is also releasing in Europe on the same day.
