Earlier this year, we reported on a new Switch game known as Beast Breaker. The project, described as a turn-based “mouse-bouncing adventure”, is now just a couple of weeks away from landing on Switch.
Beast Breaker comes from Vodeo Games. The company was formed by Asher Vollmer, creator of the extremely popular and well-regarded puzzle title Threes. Switch never received Threes in the end, but the system is at least getting Vollmer’s new project.
World War Z now has a release date on Switch thanks to an eShop listing. The game is on track to be available starting on November 3, the store page reveals.

Yesterday, Nintendo announced that Nintendo Switch Online subscribers in Japan would be able to participate in a new Nintendo Switch Online Game Trial for Daemon X Machina. Nintendo of Europe has also confirmed that this Trial will be available to players in the region for a limited time.
It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart. This week, Shin Megami Tensei V slips a spot but is still the top Switch title. Fatal Frame also appears for the first time.

Daemon X Machina will be offered as the next Nintendo Switch Online Game Trial in Japan, Nintendo has announced. With an active subscription, it can be played entirely for free during a limited period.
The trial begins on September 13. Players can experience everything the full version has, including local and online multiplayer. Save data can be carried over to the main game as well.
Astroneer was officially confirmed for Switch a few weeks ago. While we did receive a trailer at the time, System Era Softworks actually came out with another video focusing on gameplay that flew under the radar.
