Update: The Pokemon Company has announced that it will indeed only be a temporary location. The Pokemon Center will be open in the Westfield Shopping Centre between October 18 and November 15 this year.
It seems like London will be getting its own Pokemon Center (shops that exclusively sell Pokemon merchandise) soon. Assets for the location appeared on a press site this morning, but so far there has been no official announcement from The Pokemon Company and no further details are available. However, the press assets describe this as a “pop-up” Pokemon Center, meaning that this is likely only a temporary and not a permanent store. We will keep you updated.
Another Forging Bonds event will start soon in Fire Emblem Heroes. It’ll run from August 7 till August 21. The starts this time are four characters from Fire Emblem: Three Houses that will arrive in a Summoning Focus on August 7: Hilda, Hubert, Petra and Mercedes.
Also, a new skill-based Summoning Focus is now live. The 5-star focus units are three heroes with Savage Blow: Camilla: Bewitching Beauty, Leo: Sorcerous Prince and Rhajat: Black Magician. This Summoning Focus will be available until August 15.
Finally, the next daily Summoning Focus as part of Feh’s Summer Celebration is now available: the 5-star focus units are heroes with Cooldown Bonuses: Mia: Lady of Blades, Ike: Brave Mercenary and Nephenee: Fierce Halberdier.
It has been confirmed that Pikachu will spawn globally each day during the upcoming Yokohama Pokemon GO Fest, wearing a different hat each day.
This period is slated to run from August 6th at 10 a.m. JST to August 12th at 5 p.m. JST.
It has been confirmed that the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament at EVO 2019 peaked at 279,000 online viewers, claiming history as the most viewed event in EVO history.
The peak viewership occurred as the tournament’s Top 8 finals were held as the “main event” for EVO 2019.

After a three-day run, MKLeo has won the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tourney at EVO 2019.
Coming from the Loser’s side of the bracket, Joker-player MKLeo reset the bracket on Tweek’s Pokemon Trainer after being down 2 games to zero, and falling behind by two stocks in Game 4 of the first set. Then, MKLeo went on to win the championship by sweeping the second set in 3-0 fashion.

It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart. Dragon Quest XI S and Pokemon Sword/Shield continue to battle for the top Nintendo spot, with Square Enix’s RPG reclaiming the position this week. Zelda: Link’s Awakening is also now in the top ten.
