Next week’s NeoGeo game has been confirmed through a listing on the Japanese Switch eShop. On July 20, Hamster will publish Samurai Shodown.

Samurai Shodown is an SNK fighter originally released in 1993. The game has come to a number of platforms since then, including the original Virtual Console on Wii.

Samurai Showown will cost $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.

Original (7/10): Last month, Nintendo and HORI revealed a special Splatoon 2-themed headset for Switch. We now know that it’s coming west thanks to a listing on Amazon.

The Switch Splatoon 2 Splat & Chat Headset is based on an in-game item. By using it, you can experience in-game sound and voice chat at the same time while playing online. It has a removable mic and interchangeable decorative plates.

Pre-orders are open on Amazon here. The headset releases on July 21, just in time for Splatoon 2.

It’s officially Thursday in Japan, so the new Niconico app for Switch has now been made available as a free download on the eShop. A few minutes of footage is below. The app takes up 32MB of space.

This week’s Famitsu scans are now available. Highlights include Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2, The Great Ace Attorney 2, Fire Emblem Warriors, Hey! Pikmin, and Layton’s Mystery Journey. Scans of all games are below.

Farming Simulator: Nintendo Switch Edition is set for release in November, according to retailer listings. GameStop has it listed for November 14. We’re hearing that the release date is the same in Europe as well.
