Original (7/13): Bandai Namco and CyberConnect2 today properly unveiled The 23rd World Tournament as the fifth major DLC for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. A release date hasn’t been shared, but it’s apparently “coming soon”.

The new DLC takes place before the events depicted in the main game with a scenario based on the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai from the original Dragon Ball anime. It’ll feature ground-based combat with knock down counts and the risk of losing by ringout.
