When The Legend of Zelda originally came out here in the west nearly 30 years ago, Nintendo accidentally included an extra “N” in one of the game’s text lines. It took some time for folks to notice, but the NES Classic Edition version of Zelda finally corrects this.

Zelda was re-released in a collection on GameCube and many times over on the Virtual Console. For the NES Classic Edition, Nintendo finally decided it was time to address it. It may not be the biggest thing out there, but it’s interesting to see the error corrected after so many years.

What could be more mesmerizing than watching someone tumble down a mountain in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild? YouTube user HelixSnake ended up doing just that while attempting to use his shield to snowboard after it preemptively broke. With a few fairies in storage, that only ended the long trek down the mountain.

The latest episode of Capcom TV was hosted today, and Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers had its own dedicated segment. We’ve embedded the section where footage of the game begins.

Update: Bumped to the top. This has been price-matched on Amazon.

Original: Super Bomberman R is on sale online from Best Buy. You can buy the game here for $39.99 on their Deal of the Day.

Super Star Soldier isn’t the only new TurboGrafx-16 title releasing on the North American Wii U Virtual Console tomorrow. Nintendo’s website is also listing World Sports Competition, priced similarly at $5.99.

Here’s the overview from Nintendo’s site:

“Players compete in 6 categories of events that include shooting, archery, rowing, swimming, and track and field. The game features Olympics mode, where you play all the events over the course of a few days, and Training mode, where you can choose individual events to play. After practicing in Training mode, go for the gold in Olympics mode and break world records!”

It was confirmed earlier today that World Sports Competition will be available in Europe beginning on Thursday as well.

NBA Playgrounds, first made known during Nintendo’s Nindies Showcase in February, is arriving on Switch very soon. Saber Interactive intends to have the game ready next month. It’ll cost 20 on the eShop.

NBA Playgrounds has been officially licensed by the NBA. It’s intended to be an arcade-esque experience in line with NBA Street and NBA Jam. Active and retired players are included, as the trailer below shows Allen Iverson going up against the likes of Steph Curry and George Hill.

NBA Playgrounds has every single NBA team. Additionally, the “roster of current and retired” players can be leveled-up. Playgrounds will come with “hundreds of over-the-top dunks and moves.” Single-player local multiplayer, and “against the world” online are in as well.

Saber Interactive CEO Matt Karch says NBA Playgrounds is accessible, but still has “a lot of depth for hardcore pros who’ve mastered their game.”

Capcom is publishing Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers in Europe. When it comes to actual distribution though, Nintendo will be in charge.

Nintendo and Capcom have been working together in a similar fashion for many years. Nintendo handled the distribution of games like Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition, and Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D.
