Check out a comprehensive overview of Lord of Magna: Maiden Heaven, along with a fresh batch of screenshots.
Lord of Magna: Maiden Heaven is a strategy RPG adventure from the famed producer of the acclaimed Rune Factory series. Main character “Luchs” is an unsuccessful innkeeper forced to excavate crystals to make his way in life. One day while digging, he discovers a mysterious fairy maiden encased in a crystal! On awakening, the fairy maiden starts Luchs on a fantastical adventure where he must battle monsters, discover and uncover the secrets of six more fairy maidens, manage his inn and much much more!
Lord of Magna: Maiden Heaven features an innovative turn based battle system. Movement range is dictated by a circle of reach, and attacks will affect multiple enemies if they are within this circle.
Seven Heroines, Seven Stories – Each of the seven fairy maiden heroines who come to inhabit the inn have their own stories to tell, and building relationships with them will unlock new, specialised attacks to aid in combat when they join the battle party
Strategic Combat Makes Every Turn Count – “Bowl” over as many enemies with a single strike as possible, challenging players to line up melee, ranged and magical attacks so frontline enemies are knocked into others for maximum collateral damage
Craft Your Way to New Skills – In addition to unlocking new abilities, participating in Free Battles and registering for StreetPass can provide rare crafting items for use in creating new skills to help turn the tides of battle
Adjustable Difficulty Levels and More – Players can toggle among Easy, Normal and Hard difficulties, use the Fast Forward feature to speed up combat as desired, or relive fond memories via in-game movie and art galleries

[Review] Story of Seasons
Posted on 9 years ago by Kirara Koneko(@KiraraKoneko) in 3DS, Reviews | 2 Comments
System: 3DS
Release: March 31, 2015
Developer: Marvelous AQL
Publisher: XSEED Games
Author: Kirara
Story of Seasons is a farming simulation game that was created by the same development team that has worked on past Harvest Moon releases, and if you’ve played a entry in that series, it will only take a moment to realize that Story of Seasons is by all means a successor in all but name. For all intents and purposes, it should have been called as such, but licensing issues prevented that from happening. I myself never played any of the Harvest Moon titles, and to be completely honest I have never really been a fan of simulation games; they’ve always intrigued me but it was never enough to inspire me to play one, with exception to my secret obsession Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
Now I must say: after four seasons into my year one with Story of Seasons, I am exhausted! The game’s description is “farming simulation”, but that cannot be farther from the truth; it should really be considered part of the “everything simulation” genre. You are not only a farmer, but a carpenter, cook, designer, animal caregiver and breeder, landscaper, horticulturist… you probably get the point by now.

PoPoLoCrois Farm Story details (summertime region)
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 1 Comment
Marvelous’ latest update on PoPoLoCrois Farm Story covers the Zuzuru region, spanning the Mauricio Ranch, Zuzuru Village, and Zone Village. View the roundup of details below.
– In order to save the world from the “Black Beast” that suddenly appeared, Prince Pietro heads towards the foreign country of Galariland
– Located in the summertime land of the Zuzuru region (all of the game’s major hubs are defined by a specific season), where the grasslands and water are radiant and the sun is always shining, is the “Mauricio Ranch”
– Here, the normally healthy cows have been plagued by an unknown illness, and the people of the ranch are perplexed
– When the rancher who left in search of treatment for the cows doesn’t return, Prince Pietro sets out in his place
– South of the Mauricio Ranch is a wide-gaping cliff with a cave, where Zuzuru Village was established to avoid the heat
– Because it’s in a cave, sunlight never gets in and it’s dark at night, meaning lamps are a necessity
– Zone Village: another village in the Zuzuru region
– Zone Village is an everlasting summer resort with bright and cheerful residents
– Village has bustling shops, a deep blue sea, and welcomes all of its visitors
– Release the “fairies” of each land to increase your livestock
– Encounter fairies on your journey
– Farming at certain locations will yield special results, such as the “Boomerang Cucumber” and “Light Watermelon” you’ll get farming at the Gentle Geothermal Ranch
– Romalia (voiced by Kumiko Nishihara): The fairy of the Zuzuru region, governing the Gentle Geothermal Ranch
– Mauricio (voiced by Michitaka Kobayashi): owner of the Mauricio Ranch and Mayuri’s father; loves his cows
– Mayuri (voiced by Misato Fukuen): Mauricio’s daughter; worried about her father, who hasn’t returned from seeking out a cure for the cows
