Toshihiro Nagoshi has been crucial to the company having directed the Super Monkey Ball and Yakuza franchises. He was also a producer on F-Zero GX on GameCube.
This month’s issue of EDGE has an interview with Nagoshi. There was some noteworthy talk about all of these franchises and games, with Nagoshi discussing Super Monkey Ball’s creation, managing to impress Nintendo with F-Zero GX, and having pitched Yakuza to Nintendo at one point.

Update: The Valkyria Chronicles 4 demo and pre-load are now live on the eShop.
Original: SEGA has passed along some notable news about Valkyria Chronicles 4. Along with a demo, digital pre-orders will be live later today. SEGA actually says that both are live now, but we’re not seeing anything just yet – that should change when the eShop updates in a couple of hours.

SEGA’s Gamescom 2018 lineup

SEGA announced its lineup for Gamescom 2018 today. Everything will be playable at the Deep Silver stand in Hall 9, B011-C010.
Team Sonic Racing, Valkyria Chronicles 4, Total War: Three Kingdoms, Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise, Persona 3 Dancing in the Moonlight, Persona 5 Dancing in the Starlight, and Football Manager 2019 represent the full lineup. With Team Sonic Racing, the new Ice Mountain track will be featured for the first time.
Gamescom 2018 takes place between August 21 and August 25.

New photos of the Neku Sakuraba Bring Arts figure, pre-orders open

Neku Sakuraba is getting a brand new figure to celebrate this year’s launch of The World Ends with You: Final Remix on Switch. It will be featured as part of the Bring Arts series of products.
The new Neku figure is tentatively set for December. The package comes with three replacement faces as well as three replacement hands.
