Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is on the way to Switch, Nintendo and Monolith Soft announced during today’s Nintendo Direct presentation.

Nintendo is returning to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with brand new DLC, Nintendo has announced. It will begin to launch on March 18, 2022.

EarthBound Beginnings

EarthBound and EarthBound Beginnings are both joining Nintendo Switch Online today, it’s been announced. These will release on the SNES and NES apps respectively.

Here’s the official overview from Nintendo:

Nintendo and MercurySteam have announced a new Metroid Dread update, and it’s launching today.

Two new difficulty modes will be added. In Dread Mode, if you take one hit, Samus will be defeated. There’ll also be
increased recovery in Rookie Mode.

It was also announced that a Boss Rush update is coming in April.

Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival is in development for Switch, Bandai Namco has announced.

Many songs will be included such as an orchestral version of the Zelda theme. There’ll be new modes and more.

Live A Live

Square Enix is bringing Live A Live to Switch, the company has announced. This will be the game’s first release ever outside of Japan.

Live A Live will feature HD-2D visuals much like Octopath Traveler. We’ve included more information about the game below.
