Zelda: Breath of the Wild update revealed for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, out now (version 1.6.0)

Very recently, Nintendo teased more updates for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The company is delivering on that front with new content from Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
All players can download version 1.6.0 for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. It features Link in his Champion’s Tunic, the Master Cycle Zero, and more.

Unreal Engine 4.20 released, includes significant improvements for Switch development

Today, Unreal Engine received a new update. The tech now runs at version 4.20, and includes significant improvement for Switch development. Epic says it has brought about “tons of performance and memory improvements built for Fortnite on Nintendo Switch to all Unreal Engine developers!”

Smash Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai is back this week with one of his regular columns in Famitsu. This was the first piece he shared after seeing the reaction to the game’s announcement at E3.
Aside from speaking about the response, Sakurai also spoke about keeping Ultimate and reveal itself a secret, and addressed the series’ future again. There’s even a bit of talk about his health as well.

Tingle, the peculiar character from the Zelda series, has been featured in his own games before. Freshly-Picked Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland and Ripened Tingle’s Balloon Trip of Love are the most notable of the bunch, and came out on DS many years ago.
Tingle actually could have received another title, but Nintendo and Vanpool pulled the plug. In an interview with Kotaku, Nintendo producer Kensuke Tanabe revealed:

SEGA Ages – Sonic the Hedgehog, Thunder Force IV launching in August

This week’s issue of Famitsu provides an update on SEGA Ages for Switch. The first two games in the series, announced earlier in the year, are confirmed for an August release.
Sonic the Hedgehog and Thunder Force IV will be up first. The two games will be priced at 925 yen each.

Kefla revealed for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2

The next DLC fighter for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has been revealed in the latest Japanese magazines. Kefla is joining the game, Bandai Namco has announced. Her reaction on Gigantic Breaker will also be able to be seen in the game.
Kefla was featured in the Dragon Ball Super anime. The character is a fusion between Caulifla and Kale.
