With Johnny Turbo’s Arcade: Night Slashers set to launch on the Switch eShop on November 8th, some early previews have now been made available.

Earlier today, YouTube channel Twinworld Game Reviews streamed 50 minutes of gameplay for the upcoming retro arcade-inspired title.

A new skill-based Summoning Focus is now available in Fire Emblem Heroes until November 14th.

This time around, players can pull for heroes fitting the “Heroes with Drive Atk” theme. These include Leif: Prince of Leonster, Quan: Luminous Lancer, and Micaiah: Priestess of Dawn.

With The Walking Vegetables: Radical Edition set to launch on the Switch eShop in just a couple of days, some early previews of the title are finding their way online.

As such, YouTube channel Nintendo Hall has posted gameplay footage of the game’s first 30 minutes. Be sure to check out their video below.

In advance of the game’s launch in Japan on November 15th, Kadokawa Games has put out a fresh batch of screens from the upcoming release of RPG Maker MV.

The screenshots give prospective RPG builders a bit more insight into the options that they will have available to themselves in the game. These include various editing tools and settings for menus, in-game events, results screens, and title screens.

Coming up after the European version was posted earlier this week, Bandai Namco of America has also posted a new launch trailer for Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum ‘n’ Fun.

Although it lacks the live-action aspect of the UK trailer, this footage offers another look at gameplay and a listen to even more of the game’s music.

To coincide with the start of the Kindness and Captivity raid event that kicked off tonight, a new Summon Showcase is now available in-game that introduces some new adventurers, dragons, and wyrmprints within Dragalia Lost.

This summoning focus is set to be live from today until November 14th. The highlighted additions are detailed below.

Publisher 2K Sports has confirmed that online play in their arcade style basketball title NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 will be disabled for the next few hours in order to implement the game’s first patch on Switch.

During this time, offline play will still be available and functional. 2K Sports has stated that they will update once again when the maintenance period is finished.

Just when you thought the Wii U was dead and buried, yet another indie title is set to make its debut on the home console. Developer Ultra Dolphin Revolution has announced that their latest game, Sinister Assistant, will be launching on on the Wii U eShop sometime still in this Fall season.

Following up on the healthy dose of news for the game hitting the web lately, World of Final Fantasy Maxima director Hiroki Chiba has shared some new insight into the upcoming release as part of a new interview in the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu.

With tonight’s update hitting Dragalia Lost, a couple of important additions have been made available for players.

First off, a log-in bonus in celebration of the game’s latest software update is available from now until November 6th, netting players a free Tenfold Summon Voucher.

Players will want to take advantage of this, as well as the new Getherwing Double-Recovery Event, which is set to run until November 12th. Fittingly enough, getherwings will recover at twice the clip that they normally do during this period.
