Success is continuing the Cotton series with a brand new entry for Switch. Cotton Rock ‘n’ Roll is in development and will launch later this year, the company announced today.

Not much is known about Cotton Rock ‘n’ Roll at present. Shoot ’em up gameplay can be expected while characters Nata de Cotton, Silk, and Appli-Ke Pumpkin will be present. Success has also confirmed plans to release a limited edition, which includes a Nendoroid figure, Cotton 30th anniversary compendium, and soundtrack CD.

NEO: The World Ends with You

NEO: The World Ends with You will soon be getting a demo, Square Enix has announced. It’s set to go live on the eShop as of June 25.

Also shared today is a new five-minute trailer for NEO: The World Ends with You – which will apparently be the final one. We have it below.

Capcom is ramping up its promotional efforts for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, and recently uploaded a pair of commercials. Both can be seen below.

Monster Hunter Rise version 3.1.0 update

Monster Hunter Rise has been updated on Switch. If you own the game, be sure to download the new 3.1.0 patch.

Today’s update includes new event quests, support for new DLC, and tons of fixes. We have the full patch notes below.

Graffiti Games and Snoozy Kazoo have announced a new update for Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion. Version 1.0.1 includes new hats, which can be accessed from the mailbox outside of Turnip Boy’s greenhouse. Also included are bug fixes, improvements to features, and general quality of life improvements.

Worth Life

Over in Japan, the slice-of-life game from Rune Factory / Story of Seasons producer Yoshifumi Hashimoto released on the Japanese eShop today following its announcement during the latest Nintendo Direct. Find some footage in the video below.

Worth Life is out now in Japan, but it’s unclear if / when the game will head west. We have more information about it here.

This week’s Famitsu scans are now available. Highlights include Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania, Shin Megami Tensei V, and Demon Gaze Extra. Scans of all games can be found below.
