Physical version of Kaze and the Wild Masks bumped back a couple of months

SOEDESCO has delayed the physical version of Kaze and the Wild Masks, citing “challenges in production and logistics” within the market. The new release date is May 25 at retail.
Fortunately, the digital version is unaffected. Kaze and the Wild Masks will still be available as a Switch eShop download starting on March 26.

PQube, Dual Effect, and Abstract Digital Works have provided an update on Tormented Souls. The survival horror game is now confirmed for physical release – see the boxart above. FunStock will be offering an exclusive Sun and Moon collectable coin as a bonus

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield are now offering another version of Pikachu to celebrate the series’ 25th anniversary. It comes with the moves Sing, Encore, Celebrate, and Electro Ball. Additionally, its held item is the Light Ball.

Nintendo ending repair service for the 3DS and 3DS XL in Japan

Nintendo is further phasing out the 3DS and 3DS XL in Japan. After next month, repair service for both models will be ending.
Nintendo explained on its website that it has become difficult to obtain the necessary parts. All color variations of the 3DS (CTR-001) and the 3DS XL (SPR-001) will be affected. However, repairs will continue for the New 3DS, New 3DS XL, 2DS, and 2DS XL.
March 31 is the final day for 3DS and 3DS XL repairs in Japan.
