Ninjala removing region lock for online multiplayer

Ninjala started out by region locking online multiplayer. That means if you’re in North America, you can’t easily play against someone in Japan.
Fortunately, GungHo has announced that the region lock will be removed this week. Following maintenance that should finish up on early on August 7, you’ll be able to battle against players from regions across the world.

NIS America and Experience today revealed that Saviors of Sapphire Wings and Stranger is on the way to Switch. The dungeon RPG includes an extra adventure, Stranger of Sword City Revisited, as a bonus game.

Publisher PQube and developer Abstract Digital today announced that Tormented Souls, a new survival horror game, is in development for Switch. It will launch on Nintendo’s console sometime in 2021.

Atlus has sent out the first “Demonic Compendium” trailer for Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster. Below, fans can get a look at Yoma, Fairy, Divine, Fallen, Dragon King, Beast, Jirae, Brute, Femme, and Night.
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster launches for Switch in Japan on October 29. The western version will follow in Spring 2021.

The footage was spotted on the Vimeo account of one of the site’s developers. Those videos have been taken down, but not before they were preserved online.

Arcade Archives Circus Charlie is coming to Switch this week, Hamster has announced. A worldwide release is set for August 6.
Konami made Circus Charlie, which was made in 1984. The side-scrolling action title has players taking on various stages like performing special tricks and avoiding enemies.
