Mjölnir’s Strike has started in Fire Emblem Heroes as the game’s latest event. Players are tasked with protecting the Kingdom of Askr from Thórr’s advancing army, which is lead by Narcian. Mjölnir’s Strike is currently in the Brace phase where players build structures and place allies on the map.

Also worth noting, Fire Emblem Heroes has seen one of its regular updates today for Special Maps: Rival Domains and Special Quests (Axe Art Quests).

A couple of days ago, the visual novel NekoMiko made it to the Switch eShop. View some footage in the video below.

DarkDes Labs’ hand-drawn RPG Drawngeon: Dungeons of Ink and Paper is coming to Switch, according to an eShop listing. Drageus Games will be publishing the title on December 13.

Senran Kagura almost had a very different name in the west. As revealed by publisher XSEED Games, the franchise was almost called “Ninjugs”.

Senran Kagura originally launched on 3DS in Japan back in 2011. An updated version, Senran Kagura Burst, then saw the series’ debut overseas in 2012.

Darius Cozmic Collection

M2 held the M2 Shmups Thanksgiving Festival in Japan today. A few announcements were made, and some news was shared that Darius Cozmic Collection will be adding three new games on Switch.

Darius Plus (PC-Engine), Super Nova (SNES), and Sagaia (Genesis) are all in the pipeline. New gadgets (extra features), new modes, and additional English language support among other improvements.

Darius Cozmic Collection is currently available in Japan, and will launch worldwide for Switch in 2020.

SNK’s new Samurai Shodown will be appearing on Switch in early 2020. While we wait for the game, fans can save on a few classic entries in the series.

Hamster has discounted three Samurai Shodown releases under its ACA NeoGeo banner. Samurai Shodown, Samurai Shodown II, and Samurai Shodown III can all be had for $3.99. Normally, they’re priced at $7.99.

The Samurai Shodown eShop sale will be live until December 18.

Nintendo has shared new data revealing the top top 30 most-downloaded Switch games in North America for November 2019.

Fortnite is again #1 this month. Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, which are new entries, appear in the top ten.
