It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate takes back the throne of the most wanted Nintendo title while Animal Crossing for Switch appears for the first time.

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have announced the next summoning event for Fire Emblem Heroes. Brave Redux will feature Loki, Kliff, and Owain. A new paralogue story will also be included.
The Brave Redux summoning event in Fire Emblem Heroes begins October 23. Watch a trailer promoting it below.

This weekend, Nintendo hosted a special Halloween-themed event in Splatoon 2. The big highlight was a new Splatfest, which was held worldwide.
The topic was the same in all regions. Players were asked to be on either Team Trick or Team Treat. After two days of battles, Nintendo has shared the full results.

Rage in Peace lands on Switch next month

At the end of July, it was announced that Rage in Peace is on the way to Switch. The North American eShop now shows a release date of November 8.
Rage in Peace is a side-scrolling adventure game from Toge Productions, the developer of Ultra Space Battle Brawl. Find more details and a trailer below.

It took a few months longer than originally expected, but Dark Souls: Remastered has finally arrived on Switch. Digital Foundry has taken a closer look at the game from a technical perspective in a new video published today.
One thing to keep in mind is that Dark Souls for Switch is based on the last-gen version. That means it doesn’t feature the higher frame rate as the newer PlayStation 4 / Xbox One editions or their visual improvements. As Digital Foundry describes it, Dark Souls on Switch is the “authentic” version presented as it was many years ago.
