Clustertruck appears to be away away from releasing on Switch. Over on the North American eShop, it’s listed for May 15. Pricing is set at $14.99.

This date should be accurate as tinyBuild recently confirmed that Clustertruck had gone gold on Switch and had been submitted to Nintendo. If anything changes, we’ll let you know.

Five new SKUs for Switch games have popped up in GameStop’s database. These are all mystery titles at present, as each one has the label “Available sku”.

It’s no secret that a Nintendo Direct will be held in just a few hours from now. We don’t have to tell you that there’s a high probability that these SKUs are related. Once the presentation ends, it’s possible that GameStop will begin taking pre-orders for whatever these products are soon after.

Fire Emblem Heroes

Fire Emblem Heroes received a fairly big update today, which included the additions of Blessed Gardens and Rival Domains. Footage of both can be found below.

When Nintendo holds its big presentations, Nintendo NY often lets the fans stop by and watch them live. That will once again be the case with today’s Nintendo Direct.

If you happen to be near the store in the New York City area, head up to the second floor at 5 PM. You’ll then be able to view the Nintendo Direct with other fans as the broadcast happens.

Gravity Rush concept artist Takeshi Oga recently attended an event where illustrators and concept artists discussed their work. As part of this, Oga revealed that he actually took some inspiration from late Nintendo president Satoru Iwata’s “directly to you” pose, which was often demonstrated during Nintendo Directs. This ended up having an influence on a design element in the PlayStation 4 game Gravity Rush 2.

Mario Tennis Aces

A few hours ago, news unexpectedly leaked concerning today’s Nintendo Direct. A Japanese retailer outed a Switch version of Sushi Striker and leaked a few release dates, including Mario Tennis Aces.

We may have some news pertaining to North America now as well. US-1 America, a video games distributor, has listed potential release dates for a trio of titles.

Last year, Parabole showed interest in bringing Kona to Switch. It seems that the team has now finally made that happen.

Over on the Switch news section, Kona now has its own channel. There’s nothing present currently, but it should be updated in the future. Meanwhile, Kona was also listed in the official European Nintendo Download press release for… tomorrow. This could be another title that just shows up out of nowhere.

Bandai intends to sell a massive plush toy based on Lapras from Pokemon. Despite the high price tag of 79,400 yen ($750), pre-orders have already sold out.

The plush toy is going by the name “A Lapras You’ll Definitely Want To Ride.” It comes in at over six and a half feet and a height of nearly four feet.

Microids and Frima shared new information about the Switch title Super Chariot today. The news is highlighted by a launch month: May 2018.

Super Chariot will be sold physically, though only in Europe and Australia. It’ll include the game, the Royal Gadget Pack DLC, and the original downloadable soundtrack.

Nintendo has updated its maintenance schedule once again, showing that a bunch of additional maintenance is planned for tonight. Sessions are planned for Pokemon Sun/Moon/Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon, the first Splatoon, and more.
