The latest episode of Nintendo’s Japanese show Nyannyan Neko Mario Time has now gone live. We’ve included it below.

Keeping in line with past traditions, Nintendo NY will be hosting a viewing event for tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct. The presentation will air live on the second floor, beginning 5 PM ET.

In other news, Square Enix producer Shinji Hashimoto retweeted the news regarding tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct. This was done for Famitsu’s news post about the broadcast as well as a message from The Game Awards’ account. Were those retweets done simply to express excitement, or will Square Enix have more to show?

A new Nintendo Direct will air tomorrow, February 13, 2019, Nintendo has announced. The company will be going over various Switch titles during the 35-minute presentation, including Fire Emblem: Three Houses.

The Nintendo Direct will air at the following times:

At Wonder Festival 2018 Summer last year, a full scale figure was announced for KOS-MOS based on her appearance in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. An update was provided at Wonder Festival 2019 Winter today.

We now have our first look at the production model for KOS-MOS’ figure above. There’s no coloring yet, but it helps to see what it actually looks like opposed to the teaser image shared last year. Unfortunately, there’s still no word on a release date.

My Nintendo has added in a single new reward on the North American website. For 50 Platinum Points, the Yo-kai Watch 3 wallpaper pictured above can be yours. It’s available here.

The wallpaper can be used on a PC, smartphone, or tablet and is available in eleven different resolutions. My Nintendo will have it until June 8.

Last month, two Eevee Tamagotchis released in Japan. They sold out pretty quickly and have actually been going for a decent amount through other online resellers.

The good news is that a restock is happening, and Play-Asia is taking pre-orders here. Both are estimated for release in April.

The last general Nintendo Direct aired last September. Based on that, this is officially the longest we’ve gone between presentations. Because of the lack of Nintendo Directs and uncertainty regarding when certain Switch games will be released this year, fans are getting a bit antsy. Depending on what you believe though, we may not have to wait much longer.

It may seem a bit strange to be sharing a rumor about an upcoming Nintendo Direct, but stick with us here for a second. To put it simply, ResetERA user “king zell” has suggested February 13 as a day the next presentation will air (or announced if nothing else). He wrote on the forum’s Nintendo Direct speculation thread, “13 is your lucky number….. and am out”.

Nintendo Switch

This information comes from the Q&A portion of Nintendo’s latest financial results briefing…

The “expanding” part of “expanding the number of people who have access to Nintendo IP” may be important, but looking at third-quarter software sales and the presence of two titles with sales of over 10 million units in a single quarter, it seems pursuing “depth” is also important. I think it is important to provide more software for consumers who have already purchased Nintendo Switch. I’d like to know your software lineup for next fiscal year and after, and if you’ve considered the possibility of increasing R&D spending to increase title count going forward.

Furukawa: As you’ve pointed out, “depth” is also important, and we’ve considered many factors with regards to our future lineup.
