Nintendo has released a new infographic in which the company says the Wii U is consumers’ best choice this holiday. The Big N pointed to the free inclusion of Nintendo TVii, off-TV play, Miiverse, high-rated exclusive content, and more. You can find the full infographic above.

Along with today’s screenshot, Sakurai passed along the following message on Miiverse:

Here’s the new edition of the Ray Gun. The Smash Bros. mark appears backward because it acts like a stamp. We design the Ray Gun carefully each time to ensure it doesn’t look like a real gun.

This week’s Famitsu review scores are as follows:

The Walking Dead (PS3) – 10/9/9/9
Tearaway (PSV) – 8/9/9/910
Liberation Maiden Sin (PS3) – 8/8/8/7
Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Mankind (3DS) – 8/8/7/7

When Two Tribes released EDGE on the Wii U eShop last week, the studio also confirmed a 3DS version. Two Tribes now estimates that the portable version will be out “on or before Christmas.”

More:

I wouldn’t make too big a deal out of this yet as the tweet is unclear, but Namco Bandai’s Katsuhiro Harada has said on Twitter that Masamichi Abe is “working on some Nintendo original title”.

The short message is as follows:

Since Harada’s tweet is vague – especially the mention of “some Nintendo original title – it’s not worth making a big deal out of just yet.

Masamichi Abe started out at Namco, but eventually moved on to Nintendo. He’s worked on the Pikmin series, Metroid Prime: Hunters, and more.
