Fan creates handheld Wii in the form of Wiiboy Color

Switch is the first Nintendo console that lets users play anywhere they go. With prior systems, you were limited to portable play or a television. We’ve seen past Nintendo consoles go the handheld route with fan modding, which now includes the Wii as well.
Credit goes to GingerOfMods, who has created the Wiiboy Color. It was made by 3D printing a custom Game Boy Color shell and using various components. These include joysticks from a Switch, face buttons from a DS Lite, circuitry from a GameCube controller, and a car back up camera screen. The back features two triggers, Z-buttons, and a cooling fan. Circuit boards were re-designed from an existing Wii.

Lovecraftian horror adventure game Conarium announced for Switch

Publisher Iceberg Interactive and developer Zoetrope Interactive today announced that Conarium, an Unreal Engine 4-made Lovecraftian horror adventure title, is on the way to Switch. A release window has yet to be announced.

miHoYo has issued a new trailer for Genshin Impact, amassive open-world fantasy action RPG. We’ve attached the video below.
Genshin Impact will eventually launch on Switch, though a release window hasn’t been announced.

Deadly Premonition 2 in-game event on August 29 honors the victims of Hurricane Katrina

Deadly Premonition 2 director Swery – otherwise known as Hidetaka Suehiro – has revealed that the game includes a special in-game event to honor the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Each year, on August 29, players can hear a certain song on the map. By going to the blue mark on the map, you’ll receive a new quest that can only be done on this day.

Pixel Arc Studios has revealed that Humble Games will publish Bushiden, its futuristic ninja action platformer. A new story trailer has come in as well, which we have below.
Bushiden will arrive in spring or summer 2021.

Fight Crab game system overview with creator Masafumi Onuki, live-action preview trailer #2

The physics-based 3D brawler Fight Crab has received a pair of new videos. First up is a developer video from creator Masafumi Onuki showcasing the game’s Switch motion controls and breaking down the offensive and defensive combat options. Hellpoint getting a physical release

Hellpoint, the action RPG from tinyBuild and Cradle Games, is receiving a physical release. Merge Games announced today that it will distribute the title physically at retail.
A special Signature Edition of Hellpoint is also in the works. Copies will include the following:
