J.B. Harold Murder Club is a Japanese murder mystery adventure game that originally came out in 1986. Many years later, in 2008, it was brought over to DS. Now it’s reaching another platform as well.

Mobius will be bringing J.B. Harold Murder Club to Switch next week. It’s due out on August 10 for 864 yen.

Nintendo released a new video today showcasing a few European digital game highlights from July 2017. You can watch it below.

The latest update for Super Bomberman R is now available. If you’ve purchased the game, version 1.4.1 can now be downloaded.

Konami says that the new update “fixed the bug in which the player’s movement speed would increase in the Power Zone stage.” Some other small bugs were addressed as well.

Famitsu has reported that Dragon Quest has sold a total of 2,080,806 copies in Japan within the first two days of the game’s release. The 3DS version of the game sold 1,130,468 copies, while the PlayStation 4 version sold 950,338 copies.
The copies sold also include the sales from the Dragon Quest XI Double Pack Hero’s Sword Box, New Nintendo 2DS XL Dragon Quest Liquid Metal Slime Edition, and PlayStation 4 Dragon Quest Loto Edition.

Dragon Quest XI is out now in Japan but will also be releasing next year in the west under the name “Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age”.

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is not your typical game. It makes sense then that during early development, Ubisoft considered a few different genres for the title.

Creative director Davide Soliani told Glixel that Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle was initially considered as a musical, or even a first-person shooter. He said:

“We started to scratch them out, one after the other. We went through a musical game, a first-person shooter game; but really the team is composed of mainly tactical fans.”

Soliani had also mentioned that, early on, a group of five people came up with 13 ideas. Most of these are a mystery.

My Nintendo has been updated once again in North America with the latest round of rewards. Kirby and more are represented in today’s update.

For Kirby, Nintendo has added in a Kirby: Right Back At Ya! video and theme for 3DS along with a wallpaper. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has also received wallpapers, and a couple of Miitomo rewards are available.
