Atlus is continuing its new mini video series for Shin Megami Tensei IV Final. A video highlighting the demon known as Krishna is next, and we have it below.

PlatinumGames is celebrating its 10th anniversary. In honor of the occasion, CEO Tatsuya Minami published a message on the studio’s website. Special wallpaper has also been made, which is pictured above.

Here’s the full message from Minami:

Hello, everyone. Ten years have passed since PlatinumGames was founded in 2006!

Even though our company was founded by a group of people with a decent amount of experience in the video game industry, our name recognition in the beginning was obviously nonexistent. We weren’t really in the position to make a big fanfare about establishing our company, either. I distinctly remember setting sail quietly, without really being noticed by consumers. But our goal right from the start was to create high-quality video games, and we’ve been working towards that goal ever since.

We released our first title in 2009. We used the publicity for that product to introduce ourselves to the world, and by the time the game was on shelves, we’d finally managed to establish a clear profile as a company. I strongly feel that we are still able to take our straightforward stance towards game development today thanks to a decade of support from the many fans who play our games. I am very grateful to all of you for this support.

Update: $15 might be temporary, based on this tweet:

Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty is finally launching on Wii U next week. According to a listing found on Nintendo’s website, you’ll be able to pick up the game through the North American eShop on February 11. Pricing is set at $14.99.

“Explore ancient ruins, dodge carnivorous beasts and avoid trigger-happy hunting parties as Abe, the original Oddworld hero in this lovingly recrafted take on the classic Abe’s Oddysee.

Once a happy floor waxer in Oddworld’s biggest meat processing plant, Abe stumbles across his boss’s secret plan to turn the factory’s slave labour force into the latest in the RuptureFarms Tasty Treats line of novelty meat snacks. Abe now has to save his own skin from the grinders even if simply escaping the flesh farm is only the start of his Oddysee.

Many dangers await Abe on his journey to discover his people’s heritage. Built from the ground up, enjoy breathtaking visuals, enhanced audio and improved, deeper gameplay as New ‘n’ Tasty reignites the original Oddworld game.”

“Malo” has returned with yet another tweet about Twilight Princess HD on the Japanese Zelda Twitter page. Today’s message focuses on the Light Spirits.

Here’s the translated message:

“…It’s Malo. These are now the divine Light Spirits… In the past, they had head of a beast, and body of a human… It’s a rare sight to be able to see these spirits in their growth period…”

And concept art to go along with it:

Nintendo has just published a new trailer for Pokemon Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow on the 3DS Virtual Console. Watch it below.

Of course, in the west, we’re only getting three of these games. Red, Blue, and Yellow are due out towards the end of this month.

LEGO Star Wars: Episode 7 is in development, a leak from Amazon Italy reveals. The game is listed for several platforms – including Wii U and 3DS – with a tentative May 31 release date. It may feature the final title something along the lines of “LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens”.

Amazon’s listing indicates that the game will take players through the story of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, with LEGO’s signature humor. New content bridging the gap between Episode VI Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens will also be included. A (very) rough translation mentions something about multi-buildings/construction and battles with the blaster.

“The best-selling LEGO video game franchise makes its triumphant return with an action-packed and humor journey based on the blockbuster movie. The game will also feature exclusive playable content that bridge the gap between the story of Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Play as Rey, Finn, Poe, BB-8, Kylo Ren, Han Solo and many others in LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens! LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens introduces Multi-constructions and battles with Blaster universe of LEGO videogames. With Multi-buildings, use LEGO bricks available to open new paths, and then break them ricostruiscili to open others! During the battles with Blaster, use the environment as protection to address the First Order.”

It’s likely that we’ll be officially hearing about LEGO Star Wars: Episode 7 as early as tomorrow. Warner Bros. has been sending out emails to members of the media teasing “a massive announcement” regarding “two of the world’s most popular entertainment brands.”
