SENSEs: Midnight

Today, publisher Eastasiasoft and developer SUZAKU Games confirmed they’ll release SENSEs: Midnight on Switch. Look for it this June.

SENSEs: Midnight is a 3D survival game and first in an anthology of sequels to Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story. Further details can be found in the following overview:

Melon Journey Bittersweet Memories gameplay

Melon Journey: Bittersweet Memories dropped on Switch last week, and thanks to new gameplay, we have a closer look. Nearly a half hour of footage has come in.

Original (3/21): A new update has been announced for Sail Forth. Titled “The Fleet Update”, this aims to address community feedback on gaming progression and management, and includes a variety of changes and fixes to the gameplay mechanics and systems to allow for smoother and more flexible progression. Additional changes have also been put in place to support future content-focused updates. No release date for the updated has been announced, but the full patch notes can be found below:

Pokemon Scarlet Violet Typhlosion Tera Raid Battle

A new Tera Raid Battle event has been announced for Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet, which is set to feature Typhlosion.

The Typhlosion here will be of the Ghost Tera Type, and features the the Mightiest Mark. You’ll be able to encounter it in 7-star Raids.

Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened isn’t out just yet, but we do have a launch trailer for the game. Frogwares is looking to highlight the remake of its nerve-racking Lovecraftian adventure.

Xbox emulator ban Nintendo

Original (4/7): Yesterday, Microsoft made it so that emulators will no longer run on Xbox Series X | S consoles in retail mode. The reason for that apparently comes down to Nintendo.

With the latest Xbox console, emulating titles from past consoles has been made easier than ever. That includes emulation of past Nintendo platforms – something that the Big N wouldn’t be happy about. The ban prevents normal Xbox consoles (sold to consumers) from running such tools.


Nintendo has updated its maintenance schedule for the coming week, and there’ll be a little bit of Switch downtime in a few days. Transferring user and save data will be impacted.
