Alex Ward, one of the co-founders of Criterion, left the studio earlier this year. And just this week, Ward announced that he formed a new company known as “Three Fields Entertainment”.

Three Field’s goal, according to Ward, is to “make games for all platforms where we can self-publish.” One gamer mentioned on Twitter that the team should consider supporting Wii U and 3DS – which would make sense given Nintendo’s extremely open nature towards indie content. However, Ward didn’t seem too interested in doing so.

Klon is delaying the launch of Island Days in Japan. Originally slated for May, the game will now ship on June 26. Klon hopes to improve Island Days’ quality with the added time.

A new Shaq-Fu game is finally happening, and it could come to Wii U and 3DS.

Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn is now live on Indiegogo, accessible here. Big Deez Productions is working on the project. The team’s staff have experience contributing to games such as Halo, Street Fighter, Final Fantasy, Alan Wake, Spec Ops: The Line, Battlefield, Killzone, Max Payne, Duke Nukem, and more.
