Over on Amazon Japan, those who pre-order Pokemon Sun/Moon will be entitled to a microfiber pouch. The pouch given depends on the version you choose, but if you order both, the two different styles will be provided. Amazon’s listed measurement is 110mm x 190mm.

In its latest issue, GamesMaster published an interview with two of Game Freak’s developers working on Pokemon Sun/Moon. Director Shigeru Ohmori and Junichi Masuda were both interviewed. Ohmori’s comments mainly reiterated what we heard in previous interviews, but many of Masuda’s comments were very interesting.

The Masuda interview was more about Pokemon in general. He talked about fan feedback, the process of making new creatures, plus voice acting and Pokemon cries. If that wasn’t enough, Masuda also dished on a couple of new online features being included in Sun/Moon.

Earlier today, Nintendo of America hosted a special 3DS Girls Gaming event at Lightbox in New York. Actress Laura Marano was on hand, and games including Mario Party: Star Rush, Super Mario Maker for 3DS, and Pokemon Sun/Moon were promoted. Find some photos and their relevant descriptions below.

Miitopia boxart

There’s been a lot of news about Miitopia today, and we have one more update for you: the game’s boxart. Check it out above.

Following today’s Nintendo Direct, the official Miitopia website went live. You can access it here. The page has a number of gameplay clips, which we’ve rounded up below.

We also now know about the role of amiibo in Miitopia. You can use figures to unlock costumes, as shown in the image above. There is a feature that only changes the looks while keeping the equipment strength, so you can always go on adventures with Nintendo character costumes.

With about a month to go before it hits Japan, Nintendo finally shared actual details about Miitopia today. Footage and information was shown during a special Miitopia Direct.

The core of Miitopia is that it’s a turn-based RPG. Players can embark on an adventure with friends. You can choose their jobs, which includes mage, thief, priest. Job classes include cook, cat, devil, tank, and idol.
