Amazon has once again discounted game pre-orders for Prime members, and the selection and savings appear to be bigger than ever before. Zelda Wii U, Hyrule Warriors Legends, and Fire Emblem Fates are all eligible for 20 percent off at checkout. The same goes for the upcoming Dragon Quest 3DS remakes, Bravely Second, and more.

This week’s issue of Famitsu has quite a bit of Nintendo coverage. The magazine announced Story of Seasons: Good Friends of Three Villages, and there’s also an article on Zelda: Twilight Princess HD. A teaser on Famitsu’s website confirms more coverage of Monster Hunter Stories as well, which we should have scans of tomorrow.

Japanese websites also have some photos up of Monster Hunter Stories from Monster Hunter Festa this past weekend where the game received a new trailer (and apparently an on-stage demo). Find some off-screen images below.

Some of the images give us a look at character customization. Additionally, Monster Hunter Stories will have scenery that we don’t really see in other entries, such as sakura trees. Each monster will also have unique movements like how Lagombi can slide with its body.

Monster Hunter Stories’ anime, covered here previously, will have 52 episodes on Fuji TV. It is being produced in parallel with the game, and the show’s storyline will develop on its own in a different way.

The Pokemon news continues! A new video promoting the franchise’s 20th anniversary can be seen below.

One important point from the video mentions monthly Mythical Pokemon distributions. This will start in February, and features the likes of Mew, Darkrai, Arceus, and much more. You’ll be able to obtain these Pokemon in X/Y as well as Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire.

The Pokemon 2DS bundles, previously announced for Japan, are now confirmed for Europe. Packages with pre-installed copies of Pokemon Yellow, Red, and Blue will be available on February 27. Also included are a sheet of 15 stickers that can be used to customize the system, and a download code for a HOME Menu theme.

Nintendo also announced two new sets of Pokemon cover plates. One featuring artwork from Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon and a design decked out in artwork of classic Pokemon will be available on February 27 alongside the 2DS bundles.

A few hours ago, Famitsu unveiled Story of Seasons: Good Friends of Three Villages. Leaks from the magazine provide a few more details about the project.

We mentioned earlier today that Lulucoco Town, Tsuyukusa Village, and Wes Town are in the game. The first one is tropical based, the second features a Japanese style, and the third one has a western theme. Famitsu seems to have character details about Wes Town this week. We’re waiting to hear about marriage candidates as this information has not yet leaked. Reports also mention “cute pets and animals”, though we’ll need to wait for tomorrow’s scans to see them for ourselves.

Just like in the past, players can choose their gender and appearance. This extends to skin color, hair color, facial expressions, and more.

One new element in Story of Seasons: Good Friends of Three Villages is a “Farm Circle” system. This allows players to increase efficiency by placing certain buildings and facilities in the farm.

Story of Seasons: Good Friends of Three Villages is 80 percent complete. It’ll be released early summer in Japan.
