monster hunter rise eight million shipped

Shipments of Monster Hunter Rise have surpassed eight million units worldwide, Capcom announced today. That’s based on combined sales of the Switch and PC versions.

Monster Hunter Rise is coming up on its first anniversary having first launched for Switch in March 2021. The PC version then released just last week. A majority of the game’s sales have been on Nintendo’s console thus far as a result.

Pokemon GO Helioptile

Niantic has announced that the next event in the Season of Heritage for Pokemon GO will take place on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 10 AM to Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 10 AM local time, with Helioptile and Heliolisk making their debuts.

Power Plant is the upcoming event for the mobile game and includes the next step in Spark’s journey in the Season of Heritage story. It’s inspired by the power plants found in the Kanto and Kalos, and lets players get involved with the following features:

Innersloth has shared early information regarding what it has planned for Among Us in 2022, specifically concerning a Friend’s List and quality of life improvements.

There’s still a lot to be learned, but the studio says you’ll “be able to keep in contact with any Crewmates you get along with” – or even your enemies. Innersloth says it hopes “to allow you to keep in touch and continue playing games together”.

Vagante

BlitWorks has announced that it’s working together with developer Nuke Nine on console ports of Vagante. As part of that, it’s been confirmed that the roguelite platformer will be hitting Switch on January 27.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel shop

Konami has released another video for Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel that focuses on the game’s shop.

Players can use Gems to purchase content from the shop. There are four tabs: “Pack”, “Structure Deck”, “Accessories”, and “Special”. Players can purchase packs such as Master Packs or Bonus Packs. By using the search bar, it’s possible to easily look for specific packs. Click on a pack to see the Featured Cards in the set. As for Structure Deck, these provide pre-built decks that will let players begin right away. Also, by visiting the “Accessories” area, players can obtain a new mate or icon.

pandemic removal

Switch owners only have a few months remaining to purchase the strategy title Pandemic from the Switch eShop.

According to publisher Asmodee, its removal will take place in July 2022. The company said the move “has not been an easy choice,” but didn’t elaborate with any further information.
