Publisher Playism and developer △○□×(Miwashiba) today announced that they’re putting LiEat on Switch. The RPG is just a couple of weeks away, with a release planned for May 27.

Mighty Goose

Playism, Blastmode, and MP2 Games have set a release date for Mighty Goose, a scrolling run and gun shooter. It will launch for Switch on June 5.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons

The Italian Interactive Digital Entertainment Association recently shared a new report regarding video games in 2020. As part of that, we’re able to see which titles sold the best during the year.

Nintendo has some representation here with Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Minecraft also manages to make it into the top twenty.

Sakura Succubus 2

The original Sakura Succubus only just appeared on Switch last month. Its follow up, Sakura Succubus 2, will now be releasing soon as well. An eShop listing shows that the second entry will launch on May 20.

Rift Raccoon

A few days ago, the 2D platformer Rift Raccoon landed on Switch. You can find a new batch of gameplay footage in the video below.

Early next week, the Bowser vs. DK Tour will be wrapping up in Mario Kart Tour. That means it’s time to start thinking about the mobile game’s next major event.

Players can look forward to the the Trick Tour, in which all courses are Trick courses. It should go live on May 18 / May 19 – when the Bowser vs. DK Tour event is finished. Nintendo should be releasing a trailer around that time, which we’ll be sure to share on the site.

Bandai Namco kicked off a new AniMAY Sale on the North American Switch eShop this week. Anime games are here with some of their biggest discounts yet, ranging from Naruto to Sword Art Online.

Famicom Detective Club Collector's Edition

Famicom Detective Club is digital-only in the west, but not in Japan. Nintendo is offering the game physically as part of a special collector’s edition.
