Capcom isn’t ruling out more Street Fighter games for Switch. In a recent interview with USgamer, series producer Yoshinori Ono said the company “would consider” Nintendo’s console if there’s “another opportunity that makes sense for us”. Ono also indicated that Ultra Street Fighter II and Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection were financially successful.

Ono also has a positive outlook when it comes to Switch overall. Capcom views the system “as an important platform for all types of games,” he said.

Ono shared the following when asked for his thoughts about Switch in terms of Street Fighter and fighting games in general:

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is introducing something we didn’t really see with previous games. The Switch title is receiving regular updates, which are primarily tied into seasonal events. Bunny Day kicked things off right around launch, and the game is continuing to go strong with Nature Day and more.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons director Aya Kyogoku spoke about the approach to future updates in an interview with CNET. Although Kyogoku wouldn’t dive into any specifics, she did mention that Nintendo is looking to continue surprising players “in two years or three years down the road”.

Kyogoku’s full words:

Several new games out came out this week on the eShop. If you’re interested in checking out what’s new in screenshot form, take a look at the gallery below.

Hang the Kings, a chess-inspired puzzle game, is out now on the Switch eShop. Take a look at some footage in the video below.

Risk of Rain 2 has been updated on Switch, and is now at version 1.0.6. A pair of notable issues have been addressed as part of today’s patch.

Specifically, the following has now been fixed:

Nintendo began distributing Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ 1.2.0 update earlier this week. While it brings along new characters and seasonal events, what players may not know is that big changes have been made to bug spawn rates.

Twitter user Ninji, who datamined the game previously and has provided accurate information about New Horizons, shared the discovery. After digging through the code, it was determined that spawn rates have been unified for all insects. Whereas something like the agrias butterfly used to be less common in April than in its other available months, that’s no longer the case.

Here’s a closer look at how things have changed with the latest update:

The Pokemon Company kicked off Pokemon: Twilight Wings earlier this year. The animated mini-series is designed to give fans more insight into the Galar region and is based around Pokemon Sword/Shield.

In the latest episode, Early-Evening Waves, fans noticed that Pokemon like Dewgong appeared despite not being available in the actual games. That prompted The Pokemon Company to issue an apology on its Japanese Twitter page today. The message was primarily aimed at those who may have felt mislead in any way.

Pokemon: Twilight Wings still has three more episodes to air. Previous episodes can be found here, here, here, and here.
