Mortal Kombat co-creator says the series appearing in Smash Bros. “would be a really cool thing to see”

Usually when a developer is asked if they’d like to see one of their characters or series appear in Super Smash Bros., they give an enthusiastic response. That was the case with Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon, who was recently asked about the possibility of the fighting franchise being represented in Ultimate.
Boon said that he’s personally interested in the idea, noting that “it would be like a stamp of approval.” He added that he “would love to see something like that” and how it “would be a really cool thing to see.”

The story-driven survival game Help Will Come Tomorrow has been dated for Switch. It’ll be out via the eShop on April 21, publisher Klabater and developer Arclight Creations announced today.

Overpass bumped back to March 17 on Switch, gameplay spotlight

Overpass is seeing another delay on Switch. The game will now initially release on February 27, with the Switch version following on March 17.

The Messenger developer Sabotage Studio revealing new game on March 19

Sabotage Studio released its debut game The Messenger in 2018, which was met with great acclaim. The developer is now gearing up for the reveal of its next project.
In a teaser shared today, Sabotage Studio announced that it will unveil the new game on March 19. That lines up with the spring equinox.
Given that The Messenger started out as a console exclusive on Switch where it did quite well, it’s expected that whatever the new title turns out to be will land on Nintendo’s console as well.
