Hazelnut Bastille fully funded on Kickstarter and officially confirmed for Switch

Aloft Studio has announced that Hazelnut Bastille’s Kickstarter has been fully funded. The project currently sits at around $75,000 from close to 2,000 backers. Thanks to the Kickstarter success, Hazelnut Bastille has been officially confirmed for Switch.
Aloft says the team is “making good progress toward our goal of developing for the Nintendo Switch in tandem”. No matter what happens, Hazelnut Bastille will be on Switch and backers can choose this platform for their rewards.
Hazelnut Bastille’s initial release is targeted for around October 2020. The in-progress Kickstarter can be found here.

The First Tree launches November 30 on Switch

Announced earlier this year, we now have a concrete release date for The First Tree, the third-person exploration game by David Wehle. The game will be available on the Nintendo Switch eShop on November 30th in all regions. In the US, it will cost $9.99.

Falcom to release multiple new games, new Ys title by September 2019 in Japan

In order to further their sales success on console, Falcom has confirmed that they will be releasing multiple new titles by September 2019 in Japan, according to their latest financial briefing.
This is reported to include a new Ys title set after the events of Ys VIII as well, in order to celebrate the long-running series’ 30th anniversary.
While it is not confirmed if or how many of these new titles might end up on Switch, Falcom has stated that they plan on continuing to develop for multiple platforms.

Apart from all the other Fire Emblem Heroes news tonight, a couple of extra challenges are now available for players in-game.
A 16th Squad Assault for Lunatic difficulty is now accessible, as well as a new Tactics Drills map. This map is titled “Here We Go!” and features both Grandmaster and Infernal difficulty options.

As part of a new content update rolled out tonight, a couple of items and rewards are now available to players.
First off, all players will receive a free cake stand as a login bonus celebrating the game’s first anniversary. This item will be available until December 8th.
In addition, a new fortune cookie and Stamp Trade rewards are now available until November 15th, this time featuring a reissue of Rosie’s pop-star cookie.

An issue has been reported within Dragalia Lost that is impacting the purchase of some in-app items.
A cause is unknown at this time, but the issue is effecting all playable devices. Cygames has confirmed that they are currently working with platform holders to resolve the issue.
