A part of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U’s Tournament mode is ending very soon. On September 30, the Regular Tourneys feature will no longer be accessible. You’ll simply see a blank area in this section once the date arrives.

Keep in mind that you’ll still be able to make your own tourneys. Nintendo apologizes to those disappointed by today’s news.

Yesterday, Nintendo and Girls Inc. hosted a Style Savvy: Fashion Forward workshop in El Segundo, California. Fashion blogger Ashley Fultz was in attendance to talks with kids about her career background and experience working in the fashion and beauty industries. The New Galaxy Style New 3DS XL was also on display.

Rumor: NX development kit dimensions and mockup, is region-free

Let’s Play Video Games has followed up with a third report about the NX within the past week.

Based on what the site has heard from one of its sources (“working on an NX title set to launch Holiday 2017, corroborated and lined up with information from sources we have worked with during the past week”), it claims to have information about the layout of the current development kit. A mockup image can be seen above.

As we’ve previously heard, the NX is supposedly a hybrid console with detachable controllers. The split d-pad, A, B, X, Y, and a camera / share button are all there. As for the size, the source writes the following:

Miitomo – new Miitomo Drop stage (8/31/16)

Another rocking update has hit Miitomo, bringing another Miitomo Drop stage, “Feel the rhythm! Miitomo Rock Festival #3”, and new items to go with it.

Available items include:

– Speaker costume
– Legendary axe
– Staff tee
– Outdoor stage

Users can select Miitomo Drop stages from the Shop tab. Miitomo coins or game tickets are needed to play.

Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire manga out in English starting next week, Pokemon Pocket Comics Box Set in October

VIZ Media is localizing the official Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire manga, which comes from author Hidenori Kusaka and artist Satoshi Yamamoto.

Here’s an overview:

“Adventures inspired by the best-selling video games!
Picking up where their saga left off, Sapphire and Emerald train in the new techniques of Mega Evolution to prepare for the next crisis of epic proportions. And they’ll need Ruby’s help too!

The first volume of the Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire manga releases on September 6. You can pre-order it on Amazon here, along with the next two volumes.

Along with the manga, VIZ Media is preparing a gift set containing both volumes of Santa Harukaze’s Pokemon Pocket Comics for October. This includes one based on the Pokemon Back/White characters and another featuring Legendaries. The two also have four-panel comics and come with trivia questions, quizzes, and puzzles. The LEGO Movie being released as a 3DS download in Japan next week

We’ve seen movies come out as 3DS downloads in Japan from time to time. Next week, another one will be available. Warner Bros. will publish The LEGO Movie on September 7 for 1,000 yen.
