Intropy Games has partnered with Mouse Potato Games to bring Prism Pets to Wii U.

Previously released on mobile, Prism Pets is a puzzler “about creating different combinations with colors.” Players can slide tiles in four different directions – left, right, up or down – to create these combinations and make the target color.

Here’s a trailer:

Prism Pets will be available “soon” on the Wii U eShop.

The Zero Escape series has spawned two entries, with a third launching in about a month for now. Series creator Kotaro Uchikoshi reflected on the franchise’s roots as part of an interview with Nintendo Force.

Uchikoshi was asked if he thought Spike Chunsoft would approve his initial pitch for 999 (Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors). He did not, but “was able to get the project in fruition thanks to many supporters.”

Dual Core released on the North American Wii U eShop last Thursday, but Gray Fin Studios isn’t done with the game yet. The indie developer talked a bit about what’s in store during a Reddit AMA today.

The first thing lined up for Dual Core is an update, which will “address a few bugs, and balance some difficulty issues.” Features such as off-TV play, more controller options, and online leaderboards are also “likely” for the future. New modes/levels haven’t been ruled out either, but “it really depends on how well the game doe”.
