Pokemon Home

The Pokemon Company has shared a guide of sorts outlining how Pokemon GO players can transfer creatures to Pokemon Home. It covers linking Pokemon Home to a Nintendo Account, the actual move process, and more.

Here’s the full rundown:

Pokemon GO and Pokemon Home have updated with new functionality, allowing the two apps to connect.

Players can set up a link with their Nintendo Account in the settings area. Once that’s complete, Pokemon can be sent with the Home Transporter. Keep in mind that Transporter Energy is needed to move Pokemon from GO to Home.

If you transfer a Pokemon, you’ll receive a Melmetal that can Gigantamax, and it can be used in Pokemon Sword/Shield.

The Pawns of Loki Event starts soon, and a plethora of rewards and celebrations will arrive alongside it. Additionally, FEH pass holders can enjoy new Resplendent Heroes soon. Take a look at the information after the break to see what’s to come:


Fire Emblem Heroes has refreshed its content with a summoning showcase for Halloween heroes and a schedule for upcoming Limited Hero Battles. The summoning showcase features five star heroes such as Nowi (Eternal Witch), Sakura (Gentle Nekomata), Henry (Happy Vampire), and Jakob (Devoted Monster). This showcase will last until November 23 at 10:59pm PT.

Also, a schedule has been released (starting today) for all the Limited Hero Battles coming to special maps in the next week. This schedule has been added below.

 

Dragalia Lost’s newest event, Northern Negotiators, is now live. This event has players fighting against hoards of enemies and defending a gate. Each difficulty level offers Defensive Battle quests, which allows players to defend and attack during the quest for exclusive rewards such as wind and shadow tomes. This event will run until November 15, 2020 at 9:59pm PT. 

Also live now is the Defensive Event Bonus, gifting players exclusive log-in rewards for seven consecutive days. This lasts until November 21, 2020 at 9:59pm PT, and the list of rewards are included below.

Mario Kart Tour

Mario Kart Tour has released its newest update (version 2.6.2); this one making small adjustments to Greeting Coins as well as fixing some known bugs. 

The official patch notes have been included below.

Version 2.6.2 –

・Adjusted the number of Greeting Coins received and the animation when receiving them.

・Addressed known issues.

The Washington Post recently spoke with four key developers behind the Mario franchise. Shigeru Miyamoto, Takashi Tezuka, Yoshiaki Koizumi, and Kenta Motokura spoke about the different entries and series in general.

Nintendo Switch

Nintendo’s upcoming maintenance schedule has been expanded and adjusted. One session is planned for Switch Parental Controls tonight, followed by more downtime the following week.

The full schedule is as follows:

Fire Emblem Heroes has added some new content; specifically, a new map to Tactics Drills: Skill Studies and a summoning showcase for Special Heroes. The new map is Ninja! Ninja! Ninja!, and players can use two heroes that will gain additional attacks when they initiate combat. 

Also live now is a summoning showcase for Special Heroes. These featured heroes are Ninja variants for characters and include five star versions of Lyn, Laevatein, Navarre, and Zihark. This summoning event will be live until December 5 at 10:59pm PT. 

A new event is coming to Dragalia Lost, this one called the Northern Negotiators. This event will have players battling an onslaught of enemies while defending a gate, and there will be exclusive rewards and skills to earn. Joachim and Noelle will be at the forefront of this event’s story, following them as they travel and fight their way to Princess Chelle’s Radiant City. Northern Negotiators will go live on November 8, 2020 at 10pm PT.
