With the release of the version 1.1.0 for Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet, it seems that Game Freak may have improved performance.
Many who have tried out the Switch games have been pleased with the actual game experience. However, performance has definitely been a sore spot. Putting aside actual graphical quality, frame rate dips and stutters were present throughout. However, as mentioned above, it looks like performance has started to see an improvement.

Original (11/25): Weather Forecast and Father Pucchi (Final) are joining JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R as new DLC characters, Bandai Namco has revealed. Fans will be especially happy to hear that both will be free.
Weather Forecast and Father Pucchi (Final) will be available in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R starting December 1, 2022. On the same day, a new stage will be added.

Original (11/30): Nintendo and The Pokemon Company has announced a new version 1.1.0 update for Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet. This will be going live on December 1 in North America and December 2 in Europe.
The update is highlighted by the start of Ranked Battles Season 1. A specific issue is also addressed during the battles with the Elite Four and the Top Champion in the Victory Road path.
Something also worth mentioning is that in the patch notes, Nintendo acknowledged the performance of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. The company said it takes “feedback from players seriously and are working on improvements to the games.”

Hokko Life update out now, patch notes

A new update has just been made available for the Switch version of Hokko Life.
A big part of the patch is an improvement to performance issues, though bug fixes have been implemented as well. Team17 says the team has “been working on the issues surrounding save game storage getting full and improving the messaging around them.” Another update is also in the works “where players will be able to manage their created items and control their save space usage.”

Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet have kicked off a new Mystery Gift distribution that can net you some ingredients that can be used with sandwiches. The lineup includes Peanut Butter x10, Prosciutto x10, Hamburger x10, Cream Cheese x10, Noodles x10, and Rice x10.

Monolith Soft shares wallpapers for Xenoblade Chronicles 2’s fifth anniversary

Original (11/30): Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is now five years old (at least if you’re in territories like Europe and Japan), and developer Monolith Soft is celebrating with two special wallpapers.
The designs are largely the same with Pyra and Mythra being hoisted into the air. Other main characters are here as well – specifically Rex, Nia, Tora, Zeke, Morag, and Vandham plus their Blades. The wallpaper you go with really depends on which device you intend to use it on. Monolith Soft’s images have been optimized for either mobile / tablets or PC.
Mecha Ritz: Steel Rondo, Dezatopia getting physical releases on Switch

Strictly Limited Games has announced that it’s working on physical versions of Mecha Ritz: Steel Rondo and Dezatopia for Switch.
The games will be receiving two versions, each featuring a cover artwork focusing on one of the games in the collection named Momoko and Veloce Edition as well as reversible cover artwork. A colored manual for both titles will be included as well. These are limited to 999 units each.
