Minecraft Sonic the Hedgehog DLC update adds new content

Minecraft players who purchased the previous Sonic the Hedgehog DLC for the game now have access to all new content. It’s being made available via an update, and it’s entirely free.
The DLC features a new zone to explore and more. Superficially, Labyrinth Zone has been added with a new mission in which players need to dodge obstacles and navigate traps while trying to stop the Master Emerald from falling into the wrong hands. That’s along with five character skins.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has a Xenoblade Easter egg

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga released on Switch this week, and Nintendo fans might be interested to know that the game has a pretty amazing Xenoblade Easter egg.
Adam Howden is the voice of Shulk, the star of the original Xenoblade Chronicles. Howden also ended up working on The Skywalker Saga and you can hear his voice by talking with the “Disco Director” NPC. Speak to him and the character will say, “Now THIS is a party! I’m really feeling it!”
Co-op party game Squish hitting Switch in May

Today, publisher PM Studios and developer Grave Rave Games announced that the co-op party game Squish will soon be appearing on Switch. The game is set for release on May 31, 2022.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath is seeing a release in the west, Aksys Games just announced. The shoot ’em up will be made available in North America this summer.
Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath was announced for Switch last September. It initially debuted on March 24, though only in Japan.
Nintendo Switch Online adds Splatoon 2 user icons

Now that the first Monday of April is here, Nintendo Switch Online members can spend points they’ve earned through My Nintendo on Splatoon 2 user icons.
The selection of Splatoon 2 designs will be refreshed each week throughout April. The first wave will be up until April 11. They include characters, layout of stages, and a variety of patterns.

Spike Chunsoft has shared a new release window for Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness, its 3D action RPG. The game will head to North America and Europe in Fall 2022.

Nintendo has just released a new firmware update for Switch, version 14.1.0.
A number of other upgrades tend to focus on stability. In this case, it’s actually a bit different. Users will now find new “Platinum Points Notification Settings” in which they can be notified about unclaimed points as part of the My Nintendo rewards program.
