Good news, Runbow fans: there’s still more content in the pipeline. 13AM Games’ Tom McCall told Toronto GameDevs in an interview that the team is “not done” with the game just yet. He added: “Keep your eyes and ears peeled, we hope to have some exciting announcements soon.”

Runbow became a Wii U eShop hit last August. 13AM Games just came out with some substantial DLC for the title last week.

Double Fine and Abstraction Games are working together to bring 140 to new platforms, including Wii U and 3DS.

The “challenging minimalistic platformer” originally debuted in 2013. In the game, players will need “rhythmic awareness to overcome obstacles which are controlled by an energetic, yet melancholic electronic soundtrack.”

140 is planned for a summer release on Nintendo platforms. Take a look at a trailer below.

The Deer God will be arriving on the North American Wii U eShop next week, publisher Mobot Studios announced today. It’s slated for April 28 with a $7.99 price point.

In Europe, Mario Party 2 and Mario Party DS are due out on the European Wii U Virtual Console tomorrow. Nintendo’s website confirms that North America will be getting one of these games this week.

As of tomorrow, Mario Party DS will be available on the North American eShop. It’ll be priced at $9.99.

Here’s a brief overview:

“Mario and his friends have been shrunk down by Bowser, and they’re ready to foil his latest scheme! Play as one of eight characters in four game modes, five themed game boards, and over 70 minigames. Take turns moving around the board to reach first place, or get immersed in constant minigame action!”

All of Nintendo’s digital shops will be down for maintenance on Monday. This will affect the Wii U and 3DS eShops, DSi Shop, and Wii Shopping Channel.

Maintenance will take place at the following times:

– 1 PM PT (Monday) – 7 PM PT (Monday)
– 4 PM ET (Monday) – 10 PM ET (Monday)
– 9 AM in the UK (Monday) – 3 AM in the UK (Tuesday)
– 10 AM in Europe (Monday) – 4 AM in Europe (Tuesday)

After an incredibly long wait, Pinball Arcade is finally coming to the North American Wii U eShop this week. You’ll be able to download it for free (spend money on tables) starting on Thursday.

The official game page on Nintendo’s website says that regular updates are planned, which will add the likes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Terminator 2: Judgement Day, Twilight Zone, Creature from the Black Lagoon, Monster Bash, Medieval Madness, Funhouse, Attack from Mars, Circus Voltaire, and Big Shot. Pinball Arcade will also feature online tournaments and more modes “to challenge yourself and compete against your friends.”

RCMADIAX is continuing development on Wii U games. The indie developer has announced several titles as of late, and one more has now been added to the mix: Invanoid.

Invanoid is described as an “invaders/brick blaster combo” that “combines fun animations with endless high score gameplay.” It’s targeted for launch in June.
