Nintendo will heavily discount some of its titles on the European eShop between November 27th and November 30th. Several 3DS and Wii U games will get a discount of up to 40%. The exact titles have not yet been announced.

Last year around the same time Nintendo held a Smash Bros-themed sale where several high-profile first party games whose characters were represented in Smash Bros were discounted, so I would expect similar deals this year as well. We will keep you updated once more details become available.

Typoman is a game built around words. Its puzzles are words, its platforms are words, and even its enemies are word. Yet, throughout the experience, there are three words that will stand out above the rest: creative, but disappointing.

Another round of footage has come in showing the indie title Typoman. Take a look at the latest video below.

13AM Games is hard at work on another update for Runbow. This one will be adding some new online functionality and more.

When the patch goes live, Runbow will allow for 2-player matchmaking via the Internet. This is in hopes of addressing issues some gamers have encountered in finding others to play with online. New fixes have also been implemented, and there’s “something little” which will “give you a hint about what’s to come.”

Here’s the full rundown of the new update from 13AM Games:

Several new games out came out this week on the Wii U and 3DS eShops. If you’re interested in checking out what’s new in screenshot form, take a peak at the gallery below.

Human Resource Machine now has a release date in Europe. Today, developer Tomorrow Corporation confirmed that the title is due out on December 3. It will be playable in several languages: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, and Russian.

Also, a patch for Human Resource Machine will be going live in North America on November 24. This brings the game up to date with the other versions, including the additions of French and Brazilian Portuguese plus a “slight tweak to jump arrows to make them easier to keep track of.”

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth finally hit the Wii U and New 3DS via the eShop earlier this year. Given that, could the expansion – which goes by the name “Afterbirth” – head to Nintendo systems as well? Unfortunately, right now the answer appears to be “no”.

Nicalis’ Tyrone Rodriguez wrote on Twitter a few hours ago:

Some might be surprised to hear that Afterbirth is having difficulties running on Wii U. Regarding that, Rodriguez said the following:

Cube Life: Island Survival version 1.1 is something that Cypronia has been working on for awhile. It was originally targeted for September / October, but that time frame wasn’t reached. Instead, Cypronia now intends to have the patch ready for December having submitted it to Nintendo.

Here’s the latest message from the developer:

Hello Cube Life friends!

We apologize for all the delays on Cube Life update. Development of an open-world, sandbox game with more than 300 items and tools to craft, including many elaborate maps, and perfect multiplayer gaming with several controllers support is difficult. As we promised, we even have Wii Classic Controller Pro support in there, too!

Believe us, it is not easy… Creating an update of this magnitude is very challenging. Testing alone is a very daunting task–we do not want to release an incomplete product. As you can see, there were some attempts by others to do something similar… UCraft has been delayed for years, and Minecraft for the Wii U seems to be a false rumor.

But we at Cypronia are still alive and hardworking. We thank everyone who is still with us… Your patience is going to pay off. We have included some great new features in Update v1.1: Create and play custom maps for Deathmatch Mode in Multiplayer! We simply cannot wait for you to get your hands on this update–we know it will be worth the wait.

The update for the North American and EU versions have been sent to Nintendo Lotcheck and we are patiently awaiting their approval. We will keep you posted with the release date as soon as we know it. It’s coming VERY soon… Get excited!
